signature wax lantern candles are a long burning candle cast inside a wax
shade. using our patented process, the pattern in encased in the wax. when burning,
the flame illuminates the image and the light radiates through it. our lantern
candles can be reused indefinitely with good candle care. burn the candle for
at least 20 hours so a well forms in the wax. this well will hold a tealight
which can be replaced as needed.

candle tips
the initial
burn of your imageglow® candle is important as it creates the ‘memory’ for
future burns. you should plan to have your candle lit for 2 – 3 hours the first
time to create a nice size burn pool – approximately 2” across. As this burns
down in will create a cavity to insert a tealight in the future. burn until this well is 1” – 2” deep.
keep your
candle out of drafts and breezes as this will create an uneven burn pool and
may even damage the side of your candle.
trim wick
prior to each lighting to keep the flame short and to prolong the life of your
candle
if the
outside of your candle becomes dull, scratched or marked you can polish it with
a soft cloth
